*If you prefer we will design your site and then transfer it to your own personal server. (No contract regarding monthly service required in this case.)

What does this include ... ?

The price includes a site up to 5 pages $ 399.00, several scans if necessary, all programming and design, and submission to all major and many minor search engines. Included in the fee is an additional 3 hours per month programming if required and needed. (all additional work negotiable)

*Smaller sites up to 3 pages would be $ 299.00
(with same quality and design as 5 page site).

Larger sites by negotiation, but still very affordable.

All include a prominent link placement with lynxsites.com (One of the best established linksites on the net, but with the advantage of not being such huge that quick changes can be accomplished for your site. At LYNXSITES you will receive PERSONAL prompt attention. )

For example, your address would show (http://lynxsites.com/HamptonMotorSports).

*Address will be the name YOU want registered ~ and for an additional, one time charge, of $ 12.00 (for two years) you may actually have two addresses ~Example: http://www.hamptonmotorsports.com & http://lynxsites.com/HamptonMotorSports. You will then have TWO addresses working to drive additional business to your site. (Remember - the NET is like a very large beach, and you are a small piece of sand on it and the more places your clients/customers can locate "Your Site" the easier YOU will be found!)

How long does it take to create my site ... ?

That depends on the complexity. How many pages, links, pictures, etc. This will be discussed in further detail by e-mail or phone.

After client approval of final test site, it will be up on your server or ours within a 24 hour period of time.

What if I want my own Personal domain ... ?

Domain Name
If you require a domain name, we can arrange this - the cost is approximately $ 100.00 which includes two years registration and setup costs. Domain hosting usually is an additional $ 29 per month.

We will design your site and then transfer it to your personal server if desired.
